My name is Muhammet Alper Sayılır, and I was born on May 24, 2002, in Gaziantep, Turkey. I completed my high school education at Gülşen Batar Anatolian High School graduating with honors in 2019. In 2020, I began my English-taught Computer Engineering studies at Hasan Kalyoncu University with a full scholarship. Throughout my university years, I was an active student, both as a member and a core team member in various clubs, including the Erasmus Student Network HKU, Game Factory HKU, and HKU Sports Clubs. During my university education, I developed my skills in Python, C, C++, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle SQL, Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, Arduino, and robotics. I had the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ exchange program at the University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic in both 2022 and 2024, which significantly enhanced my problem-solving abilities and allowed me to work effectively with multicultural teams, ultimately broadening my horizons. I graduated from Gülşen Batar Anatolian High School with a GPA of 88.27 out of 100. During my high school years, I played football as a licensed player for three years, earned medals in athletics, and frequently participated in the school's music choir.
I began my English-taught Computer Engineering studies at Hasan Kalyoncu University with a full scholarship in 2020, where I am currently a Computer Engineering student. I serve as a core team member in both the Erasmus student network and the Game Factory community for 2 years, and I actively participate in the sports community as well in my university. My focus is on developing my skills in mobile application development and the digital gaming industry, and I also aspire to contribute to the Turkish defense industry and further my professional development in this field.
I participated Erasmus+ program at the University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic, from September 12, 2022, to February 2, 2023. This experience greatly broadened my horizons and helped me develop my problem-solving skills. It also allowed me to observe bureaucratic processes in different countries. During this time, I became acquainted with new cultures and languages and made valuable friendships from all around the world.
I participated Erasmus+ program for the second time at the University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic again from February 5, 2024, to June 20, 2024, where I gained so much experience in developing projects with multicultural teams. During this time, I traveled to 15 different European countries and improved my skills in both English and Czech. This experience led me to decide that I want to live in Europe in the future. I look forward to working with multicultural teams again based in Europe.
